A fantastic day to play the races today as I've scoured the country looking for the best opportunities and have identified some exciting turf plays at Gulfstream as well as three other tracks today.


For Saturday I've completely handicapped all 13 races from Gulfstream Park plus two turf stakes from Tampa Bay Downs, races 7 and 10, the G1 Kilroe Mile on turf at Santa Anita where I've also put together a small All Stakes PK4 ticket starting in race 8 and finally race 6 from Oaklawn as I have a live one there set to blow up the tote.

Unless you hate your money or simply need some action and play some multi-race wagers - I'd skip the first three races at Gulfstream as the quality in simply awful. Now, I may pick all three winners, but I won't be betting them as there are many more opportunities today where we have a chance to score with much more confidence.

Gulfstream Race 8 - #4 WAIT - This son of Distorted Humor out of multiple Grade 1 turf winning dam Wait a While finally gets a chance to show his stuff as he runs 1st turf today. He displayed very good speed and talent on dirt but moving to the weeds today should move him light years forward from what he can do on dirt as he was born to turf. I fully expect him to gun to the lead and bottom this field out, wire to wire as today's Best Bet.
