Warming up as we scored with 3 Top Picks on Friday (Johns Kitten, Animal Instinct and Pinstripe) heading into a spectacular day of racing at Gulfstream Park. I've fully handicapped all 13 races with Pick5, Pick4 and Pick3 wagers suggested.

I'm totally jacked for today's turf races as I think I have a distinct advantage in them and have identified some horses I feel can win at $20+ mutuals. I'm really looking to score out today especially in the 2nd half of the card. Two very short favorites early in the day but I think I've found the turf runners around them to help boost potential vertical payouts.

I've also handicapped Santa Anita race 6 down the hill.

For Saturday's Free Pick for Fountain of Youth day -

Gulfstream race 13 - #12 CONQUEST SANDMAN - After just missing while racing very green in his debut at this difficult 9 furlong distance, this son of Scat Daddy experienced a horrible ride last time under Mike Smith. He broke from the extreme outside post, rushed up to challenge for the lead going 6 wide around the first turn. He stayed wide the entire trip down the backside. He looked like he got tired from those efforts and bumped another rival in mid-stretch then weakening to the wire. That race was also one of the deepest and tough of the season at Gulfstream. New jockey Joe Bravo should get him from the gate then drop back in the pack so the post won't hurt and he can make a powerful late run down the lane. Outside closers have won over the turf for the last week or so, he has a big chance to score if he reverts to that style.
