Felt like I was chewing glass yesterday as my horses did no running throughout the day. On days like that my neighbors must think I have Turrets as there is a chance of loud flying 'F' Bombs every 30 minutes.

But its in the past and horse players can only move forward. The weekend is just getting started as we have some stakes races all across the USA. I have completely handicapped Aqueduct races 1-9, Churchill 9-12 and Del Mar race 7 with Pick5, Pick4 and Pick3 wagers suggested. Nice turf action today as we kick off the Hollywood Turf Festival at Del Mar plus some nice races over the weeds at Aqueduct will keep our plate full all afternoon.

Aqueduct race 8 - The Fall Highweight Handicap - #1 Captain Serious who's 20/1 on the Morning Line but more importantly, one of the lightweights. This Successful Appeal gelding is making his 2nd start off the layoff so he should be dead fit for this. He should get a perfect set up stalking La Verdad and Green Gratto as those are expected to set a blazing pace. Both of those are coming off of strenuous efforts making them vulnerable and I expect the Captain to go by in the stretch and hold off the rest.
