Zenyatta John's Free Sunday Keeneland Horse Pick

OK,

An up and down day Saturday as two #13's crushed my dreams at Keeneland. One drew in off the Also Eligible list and killed my Pick5, and one took the Ashland killing my Pick4.

The free pick Saturday ran the most amazing race of the year. The barn and connections obviously liked her as she was 4/1 on the Morning Line and opened at 4/5. When the gate opened, she threw her head and got off 6 lengths slow, 15 lengths behind the leader only three jumps out of the gate. Well, the jock kept her cool, eased her forward on the backside, was 3rd coming off the far turn, and drew off smartly for an amazing victory. If she had broke with the field, she may have won by 20! A scintillating performance that won't soon be forgotten, a future stake winner for sure.

Keeneland race 8 - #3 Cat's Holiday - been waiting for this runner to return. In her last race, she was hopelessly buried on the rail with numerous horses trapping her down. She had no place to run and finished 7th but beaten only 2 lengths. Edgar Prado returns, and if she gets a cleaner trip, she should explode for victory at a good price capping a fantastic weekend for Augustin Stables.
