Gulfstream race 7 - #3 Kid Lightning - this Lemon Drop Kid colt goes 2nd off the layoff today after winning impressively in his seasonal debut. He ran into trouble checking into the turn, yet still was able to sustain a winning rally for the victory. He has a couple good works since and has the right running style to take advantage of all the speed signed on for this heat. Should come flying around the far turn and be first on the wire.
