We're back! It's Opening Day at Saratoga Race Course and we will have a record crowd to prove it. They were already lined up for picnic tables at 3:30 this morning, usually reserved for a Travers Day crowd but after being shut in for 2020, the fans will come out in droves this season.
For Thursday I've completely handicapped all 10 races from Saratoga with Pick5, Pick4 and Pick3 wagers suggested. Its a long meet and discipline is needed. Just because they offer numerous wagers, you don't have to play them all. Stay in your comfort zone, after all, you don't eat everything on the menu when you go out for dinner, right? There will be lots of opportunities to cash tickets, pace yourself and you wagers accordingly.
A fantastic card to start the meet. I've tabbed a few favorites that looks very strong plus I've identified some very live turf runners at excellent prices. The Late PK5 looks very exciting as I have some stronger leans and some turf bombs.

Saratoga race 1 - #6 FLOWERS FOR LISA - This Bruce Levine runner attended a fast pace in his return only to fade out after a taxing start as the horse that he tried to run with just drew off. He will be dead fit for this effort with that start under his belt, has three wins at the 9F distance and a win on this oval which are both very important. I expect Luis Saez to put him on the engine and take these on a merry chase to the wire.
