We were able to make some money early on the card Saturday with 2 Top Pick Winner, 2 Pick3's and a very nice Cold $187 exacta but the last half of the card didn't go as planned.

The turf was exceptionally hard but unfortunately my selections are final hours before seeing the conditions. Once Julian took a stone cold closer to the lead on the turf and drew off, I got concerned as I knew two of my better bets would be trying to come from behind and they struggled to do so.

But we start fresh today and I've identified some opportunities to make some money. I've completely handicapped Gulfstream races 3-12 with Pick5, Pick4 and Pick3 wagers suggested.

Gulfstream race 11 ~ #9 JELLICLE BALL - This Graham Motion trained filly returns off a layoff today and gets Lasix for the 1st time, always a good handicapping sign. She's dropping in class after facing graded stakes company last summer. She also has been working lights out in company with Faufiler who returned to the races last week winning at a very big mutual. She's live today and should be able to strut her stuff for victory.
