It's closing week at Saratoga. It's such a grind, it's ridiculous. Try handicapping the hardest race meet in the world 6 days a week, for 7 weeks. It will chew you up and spit you out if you let it. I got my major kick in the ass 10 days into the meet, and was hard to get a positive mental state back for days. Now we need to find 'the ship money' - big overlays or horses pointed for big payoffs so the barn can ship back to Belmont or Kentucky "free".
