Today at Saratoga they finally get a few turf marathons. I love these races. I love all grass races, but these are a specialty because they are around three turns and like the turf sprints, I handicap them uniquely which allows me to excel at them.

As for Free Picks -

Saratoga rc4 - #5 Big Stick - seems the only speed in the race and has one of the best speed riders in the colony aboard. Takes it to them from the start.

Saratoga rc7 - #4 Premium Gold - must beat one of the jumpers but is taking a huge drop in class for Dr Kimmel - the lowest in his career , should be in the first flight of horses for the first 1 1/4 then hopefully his class and speed carries him to the wire ahead of the hard charging jumper.
