Free Saturday Gulfstream Horse Pick for Saturday 2/1

A so so day yesterday, but I had prefaced it that way as I had to shift selections away from Gulfstream as they were off the turf and we needed to post selections before scratches would decimate the fields. We did grab 3 Top Pick Winners + 2 more Listed Winners from 7 Total Races including my Best Bet who made a winning debut at the Fair Grounds - The Trunk Monkey, who I'd heard was a runner almost 6 months ago. He was left in the gate, rushed up into contention, then gutted out a very nice, but popular victory. We did also cash the Pick3 I had listed at the Fair Grounds plus a small cold double but the Santa Anita races just didn't prove as fruitful as I would have hoped.

For Saturday, we have a full plate ahead of us. I have fully handicapped races 4-11 at Gulfstream with Pick5, Pick4, and Pick3 wagers suggested. I also have Tampa Bay Downs 9-10 with Pick3's for races 8-10 plus the Late Pick4 at Santa Anita races 6-9. I have some solid opinions today, both for double digit winners and for short priced horses who I don't think have a chance. Why not get on board.

Gulfstream race 8 - #5 Marine Patrol - this 4 yr old Tapit colt makes his return for Wayne Catalano having run last on 11/30 in a stake at the Fair Grounds. He has two wins and two seconds in five turf starts and seems to excel on turf with some 'give' in it, which is what the conditions will be today. He ships in from the Fair Grounds where can't seem to get any races run on their joke of a turf course plus horses can jump up after training in the heavy air of New Orleans. Rates and roll as the Best Bet of the Day.
