Ernie Paragallo needs to go to jail after being convicted of animal cruelty in 33 of 34 counts!
ALSO - we need to change the laws in NYS to protect our horses. If asshole Ernie had starved dogs instead of horses , the charges would have been felonies. With horses - its only a misdemeanor!! Help protect our horses please!

We also need to take asshole Ernie out of the Stud Book. Make asshole Ernie sell whatever interest he has left in Unbridled's Song. He shouldn't be allowed to make any money on or with horses ever again. Please keep Ernie out of horse racing forever! He showed no regard for the welfare of Unbridled's Song by running him in the Kentucky Derby with egg bar shoes, and showed a complete lack of class and humanity by trying to pass blame for starving over 170 horses on the farm manager.
Make Ernie pay for his crimes!
