Tough day on the grass-

Or what should be grass- Fair Grounds looked more like a beach with sand flying everywhere at the 1/16 pole. I didn't know I was betting camels in Dubai !! Looks like I'm done betting on that terrible surface.

At Gulfstream - wire to wire winners on the grass for the last few day. It seems the footing is fresher and firmer - so speed is carrying ... My horse had no chance coming from behind...

Anyway - I did find a juicy one in California - not much is shaping up elsewhere ...
